Shital has considerable experience in psychometric evaluations and assessments. She specializes in creation of specialised personality assessment tools and has done so across the hierarchy – from senior managerial levels right down to supervisors and blue collar workers!Shital is also an experienced assessor for assessment – development centers, having worked as an assessor in over 150 assessment - development centers, for various managerial levels – junior, middle and senior. Besides this, she is experienced in conducting competency based interviews as well as assessor training workshops.
A psychologist at heart, Shital divides her time between psychometric assessments and counselling interventions. Her areas of interest are child, adolescent and marital counseling. Shital is also an accomplished Bharatnatyam dancer and has received several state and national awards. Shital is presently working on Dance Therapy, where she is researching on how dance can be used for therapeutic purposes.
