Life at sea can be physically and emotionally demanding. Long periods away from family, isolation, fatigue, work pressure, multicultural teams, emergencies and difficult experiences can affect a seafarer's mental well-being.

Strategies to stay alert, motivated, and emotionally resilient during long voyages.

Healthy Communication & Relationships

Developing effective communication, teamwork, conflict management and interpersonal skills onboard.

Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH)

Creating awareness about inappropriate behaviour, boundaries, consent, reporting mechanisms and the importance of a safe and respectful workplace.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)

Building respect and understanding among people from different cultures, nationalities, genders, backgrounds and perspectives.
